Building your dream home
LMD is located in Gloucester, a close community focused town, on the NSW mid north coast. Over the past fifteen years, we have developed good, trusting, long lasting relationships with our clients and value these relationships highly as we continue to grow our business.
We endeavour to support the local community by using local tradesman and subcontractors wherever possible. We have completed works in Sydney, the Central Coast and Gloucester. A lot of our work stems from word-of-mouth referrals, and we have experience working with Architects and Designers.
LMD is fully licenced and insured for all your building needs; We are willing to work with our clients to provide thorough solutions to their building and design needs.

Lukas Dellsperger
Lukas serves as the director and license holder for LMD Building Services. With over 20 years of experience, he holds a trade license as a carpenter and is also a licensed builder. Growing up as the son of a Swiss Cabinet-maker, Lukas inherited a keen eye for detail, a passion for working with timber, and an energetic work ethic. Committed to client satisfaction, Lukas is recognised by friends and clients alike for being friendly, honest, and a dedicated family man who works diligently to meet the needs of his clients.

While Lukas works onsite to bring your project to life, behind the scenes, Penny (Lukas’ wife) manages the administrative side of things. As a family-owned and operated business, we understand the importance of personal touch and attention to detail.
